To: (1) build on the Green Chemistry & Commerce Council’s (GC3) successful program platform and reputation to grow, strengthen, and institutionalize key GC3 programs and their interconnections; and (2) to successfully complete a strategic planning process, begin to implement the plan, and initiate the process of transitioning to an independent organization.
