To launch the third phase of the financial sustainability program, by increasing contributions from individual major donors.
To conduct an organizational assessment to determine whether the organization should grow and to identify the steps and new structures that such growth would require.
To initiate a number of measures designed to strengthen its development program. This grant would be the first of a two-phase effort aimed at helping VPIRG achieve financial and organizational sustainability over the next several years.
To improve internal operations of the two ANA offices by upgrading technical equipment, software, and other resources; and to improve the basic skills of ANA’s member organizations through workshops on media, strategic planning, fundraising, and computer literacy.
