To create the Healthy Hospitals Project, which will provide technical assistance to the national Health Care Without Harm campaign by establishing an information clearinghouse about alternatives to potentially harmful materials and processes now commonly used in health care; and by providing on-site training for hospital personnel in reforming their procedures.
